ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 23.04.2025 passed in W.P. (MD)No. 11394 of 2025.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented before this Court that as against the order of this Court, dated 23.04.2025 passed in W.P.(MD)No. 11394 of 2025, a writ appeal in WA(MD)No. 1952 of 2025 has been preferred by the State, which was also partly allowed by the Division Bench of this Court.

3. In view of the same, there is no willful disobedience. Accordingly, this contempt petition stands closed. 14.08.2025 Index : Yes / No NCC : Yes / No sm 2/4
