ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the FIR registered in S.T.C.No.987 of 2019, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi, Thoothukudi District.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the defacto complainant is an election squad. The allegation against the petitioner is that he transferred four bundles in favour of the particular political party. 3.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that the petitioner was discharged on 27.12.2022 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi.
