Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. ALAGUMANI.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.RAVI, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the interim bail granted to the petitioner as per the order in Crl.M.P(MD)No.8956 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.10307 of 2023 dated 23.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to surrender, considering the health condition of his daughter and wife.

3. In view of the same, interim bail granted by this Court vide order in Crl.M.P(MD)No.8956 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.10307 of 2023 till 18.07.2023, is extended finally for a period of one week. The petitioner shall surrender before the concerned prison on or before 25.07.2023.

4.List the main petition on 26.07.2023.
