This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission and protection for Sri.Pon.Masilinga Swamy Temple at Edayathoor Village, Ponnamaravathy Taluk, Pudukkottai District on 07.03.2016 for multi cultural programmes like "Aadal Padal dance, Karakattam, Gymnastics, Barathanattiyam, Magic Show and Playing of Musical Instrument programmes at the night on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2016.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the representation dated 12.02.2016 given by the petitioner has been disposed of by the respondent police on 25.02.2016. A copy of the order dated 25.02.2016 has also been submitted.
