O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents herein to give permission and police protection to conduct the District Level Kabadi Tournament by the petitioner club on (*)18.03.2016(Ligh Match) at Kamarajar Thidal, Kandithankulam, by considering the representation dated 11.02.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner taking into consideration the antecedents of the petitioner and his capacity to conduct the tournament and all other factors including communal and law and order factors and dispose the same on merits and in accordance with law, expeditiously. In the event of the authorities deciding to give permission, the same should include the conditions imposed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.1474 of 2016 dated 22.01.2016. 4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
