The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli, sent a letter dated 06.11.2023, requesting extension of further time of three months to dispose of C.C.No.367 of 2021, pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 10.07.2023. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, six months time is extended for disposing the case in C.C.No.367 of 2021 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
