Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent from accepting the minutes of Annual General Body Meeting from the 5th respondent in respect of the society bearing Registration No.75 of 1967. ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the fourth and fifth respondents clarified that the writ petition has been filed under the mistaken impression that meeting is proposed to be held shortly. He in fact questioned the very genuineness of the notice enclosed at page No.31 in the typed set of papers.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the fourth and fifth respondents, I do not find any ground to pass any order in the 2/4

writ petition. The writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
