This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.22 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent for the offence under Sections 294(b), 506(ii) and 353 of I.P.C.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the first respondent police has completed investigation and filed final report and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C. No. 144 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam.
