This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents particularly the third respondent herein to register a case against Mr.Elayamuthur M.Thangaraj, Mr.Masimalai, Mrs.Velathal, Mrs.Palaniammal, Mrs.Subbammal, Mrs.Kanniammal and Mrs.Lakshmi for the offence of Perjury, fabricating false evidence, extraction of money, cheating, Criminal conspiracy and criminal intimidation based on the petitioner's complaint dated 27.07.2020 and file the charge sheet before the appropriate court within the time stipulated by this Court.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the third respondent conducted enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 27.07.2020 and the same was closed on 25.09.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
