PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to revoke or cancel the present login credentials of the petitioner society in MSCS portal / website (https:mscs.dac.gov.in) granted to the respondents 2 to 6and consequently delete or remove all the fraudulent and fake annual reports, balance sheet and profit and loss account, list of board of directors and office bearers and others matters pertaining to the great lakes multi-state co-operative housing society that fraudulently uploaded by the respondents 2 to 9 in the website of the MSCS portal (https://mscs.dac.gov.in) and grant new login credentials to the petitioner society by considering the representations dated 15.04.2023 and 16.05.2023. ORDER
The petitioner claims that he is the elected Chief Executive Officer of the Great Lakes Multi - State Co-operative Housing Board. The grievance of the petitioner is that the erstwhile office bearers of the respondents 2 to 6 are logging 2/6
into the portal of the society with the login credentials of multi- state co-operative housing society limited as if they are the office bearers and uploading false information, contrary to the truth and therefore, the petitioner has submitted an application before the 1st respondent / the Central Registrar of Co-operative societies for revoking the login credentials given to respondents 2 and 6 and to issue fresh login credentials to the petitioner. This representation of the petitioner made in the month of May 2023 has not been considered by the 1st respondent. Therefore, this writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to revoke or cancel the log in credentials. 2.
The learned Counsel for the petitioner has also relied on the information, which is received from the 1st respondent office that this petitioner has been recognised as CEO of the society by the 1st respondent. 3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submits that the Registrar cannot go into the issue pending between the rival claimants and if at all the petitioner is having any grievance, the petitioner has to work out his remedy by way of an arbitration.

4.The learned Counsel for respondents 2 to 6 though appeared through video conference, he could not be connected.
5.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he would confine the prayer for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation submitted in the month of May 2023. 6.Considering the request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing anything on the merits of the claim directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.05.2023 and take a decision and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Till the disposal of the petitioner's representation, the petitioner and the respondents 2 to 6 shall not login to the societies portal. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 24.08.2023 dsk 4/6
