O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in crime No.60 of 2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the FIR in crime No.60 of 2018 is pending, without filing the final report till date.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the respondent police will complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible and he prays three months time to file the final report. 4.Considering the submission, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file the Final Report in crime No.60 of 2018, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
