To stay the operation of order in Crl.Rev. 17/2017 dated 12.12.2017 on the file of the 2nd Additional District Judge, Tuticorin in Cr.M.P.No. 2373/2015 in M.C.No. 12/2009 dated 06.04.2017 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tuticorin ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KA.RAAMAKRISHINAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.MAYIL VAHANA RAJENDRAN, Advocate for R2 and R3, the court made the following order:- Both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents / complainants submitted that there is a possibility of amicable settlement between the parties.

2.Therefore, this matter is referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench.

3.Both the parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Centre on 25.09.2019 without fail.

CRL OP(MD) No.3174 of 2018 4.The Mediation Centre is directed to conclude the proceedings within a period of four weeks and the Registry is directed to list the case before this Court on 12.11.2019, along with report, under the caption 'for reporting compliance'.
