This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to provide adequate police protection to the petitioners and their family members by considering the petitioners representation, dated 22.02.2018 submitted before the second respondent.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on complaint, the second respondent police has conducted enquiry and found that the petitioners' whereabouts are not known and the second respondent also verified that the petitioners never resided in the said address mentioned in the complaint and therefore, the same was closed.
