Respondents Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the learned Principal District Munsif, Sivagiri, Tirunelveli District, to complete the trial and dispose of the case in O.S. No. 13/2017 pending on his file as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption 'Extension of time for Lower Court' and upon reading earlier orders dated 07.09.2023 and 11.03.2024 and the requisition submitted by the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Shencottah, Principal District Munsif(FAC), Sivagiri, in D.No.693/2024 dated 14.11.2024, seeking further six months time to dispose of the case in O.S.No.13 of 2017, this Court made the following Order: The learned District Munsif-Cum- Judicial Magistrate, Shencottah, sent a letter, dated 14.11.2024 requesting an extension of further time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.13 of 2017, pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 07.09.2023.

2. Having considered the reasons stated in the letter, dated 14.11.2024, this Court is inclined to extend for another three months to dispose suit in O.S.No.13 of 2017. Accordingly, three months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to dispose of the said suit in O.S.No.13 of 2017.
