This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer of investigation of the case in Crime No.21 of 2018 registered for the offence under section 304(A) of I.P.C. from the file of the second respondent police to the third respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the second respondent police has completed investigation and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thoothukudi.
