Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.PON KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the 1st Respondent and Mr.J.PAREKH KUMAR, Advocate for the 2nd Respondent, the Court made the following order:- Contending that the undertaking given before this Court has not been honoured, this criminal miscellaneous petition for cancellation has been filed. The accused has been given time to clear the arrears. The second respondent has paid a sum of Rs.11,000/- to the complainant. A memo has also been filed to that effect. The second respondent further undertakes that he will honour the undertaking in future without fail.

Recording the same, this criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of.
