O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking for extending the benefit of Central Scheme to provide Interest Subsidy for the period of moratorium on Educational Loans taken by the students, more particularly, in respect of the petitioner's educational loan in A/c No.61807770000023.

2. However, perusal of the typed set of papers would show that already the respondent-bank through communication, dated 13.05.2015, passed the proceedings on the request of the petitioner by calling upon her to pay certain amount, which according to the bank is overdue. Therefore, it is for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner to challenge the said proceedings separately. Without doing so, the present writ petition cannot be maintained.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, however, with liberty to challenge the proceedings, dated 13.05.2015, in a manner known to law. No Costs.
