PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 to forbear the Respondent Nos.5 and 6 have not been install any statue and memorial hall in comprising Survey No.110 - 10L to an extent 0-17.00 Hectare Ares, dituated at Mahathanapuram, Thiruvidaimarudur Taluk, Thanjavur District on the basis of the Petitioner's representation dated 25.05.2026.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to forbear the respondents 5 and 6 from installing any statue and memorial hall in Survey No.110 - 10L situated at Mahathanapuram, Thiruvidaimarudur Taluk, Thanjavur District, on the basis of his representation dated 25.05.2026.

2. Perusal of the averments made in the supporting affidavit clearly indicates that the petitioner wants to prevent the trustees from exercising their rights in the Trust's property. Such disputes cannot be decided in the writ petition. Hence, we do not find any merits in this writ petition. 2/4
