ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Dindigul vide the Lettdr in D.No.1322/2022 dated 17/02/2022 and none appearance of the both the counsels, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.322 of 2016.

2. This Court has already dismissed the Criminal Original Petition, by the order, dated 17.09.2019 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in C.C.No.322 of 2016, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now, the Court below requests further time of four months to dispose of the said case.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the letter dated 17.02.2022, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, four months time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for disposing the case in C.C.No.322 of 2016 and it is made clear that no further time will be granted by this Court, since the matter is of the year 2016.
