PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No. 103 of 2021 from the sixth respondent to fifth respondent and complete its investigation , further lay final report within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No. 103 of 2021 from the file of the sixth respondent to fifth respondent and complete its investigation , further lay final report within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No.103 of 2021 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thoothukudi. 2/5

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to go through the final report only before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thoothukudi and to take action upon the final report.
