The petitioner claims that he has submitted a representation to the second respondent on 13.04.2023 for grant of separate patta in his favour for the house property in new Survey No.738/4B3 (old Survey No.734/1) measuring an extent of 224 sq.ft situated at Ilanthaikulam Village, Vaithiraippu Taluk, Virudhunagar District and however, the same has not been considered so far. Hence, he has filed the present writ petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to issue separate patta to him.

2. Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, the learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2, submits that the second respondent is conducting enquiry and will pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
