This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.54 of 2021 on the file of the 1st Respondent.

2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st Respondent submits that the investigation in this case had been completed and the final report has also been laid before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram on 26.03.2021. The same had been uploaded after taking cognizance in ECourt as E-Court No.6585/22 on 14.07.2022. Since this Petition is filed to quash the FIR, by the time the petition came up for hearing, already charge sheet was filed before the concerned Court, this Petition stands dismissed.
