Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the respondent dated Nil and quash the same as illegal and in violation of provisions of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act 1983.

ORDER

Challenging the order suspending the petitioner from acting as a Secretary of the society, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition.

2.At the time of argument, learned counsel for the petitioner produced a communication dated 23.02.2016 sent by the Deputy Registrar, Pudukottai to the President (in charge), Pudukottai District Noon Meal Workers, Co-operative Thrift and Credit Society, Pudukottai, Pudukottai District stating that the impugned order does not even contain seal of the society and also the signature of the President. 3.The said communication very clearly states that the impugned order is unenforceable. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed. If the petitioner is so aggrieved by any other order that may be passed by the President of Society affecting the office of the petitioner, it is open to her to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
