ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks individual water tap connection for his house. The third respondent had declined to consider the petitioner's request on the ground that it would involve causing damage to the cement road that had been laid. The petitioner undertakes to bear the cost of damage. The third respondent will prepare an estimate and serve the same on the petitioner. If the petitioner pays the estimated amount, the petitioner will be provided with water tap connection immediately thereafter.

3.This writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
