ORDER
This petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to take action, on the basis of the complaint dated 08.04.2021 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that based upon the complaint given by this petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in CSR.No.463 of 2021 on 08.04.2021 and during the course of enquiry, it was found that it is a dispute between two brothers with regard to the running of Indian Gas Agency.
3.Since CSR has been undertaken, the petitioner has to appear before the Enquiry Officer and cooperate with him to complete the enquiry. Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition.
