RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the para 7(b) condition as per order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10944 of 2023 dated 20.06.2023 and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- only may deem fit and proper in fact and circumstances of the case. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. PANDIAN.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD) No.10944 of 2023 dated 20.06.2023, in which, this Court has directed the petitioner to deposit Rs.3,65,000/- to the credit of Crime No.12 of 2023 before the trial Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that while granting anticipatory bail to the co-accused namely A1 & A2, the trial Court directed them to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- each to the credit of the crime number. Therefore, the above said condition imposed upon the petitioner may be relaxed. 3.Out of Rs.3,65,000/-, Rs.1,00,000/- was deposited by the co-accused persons. Hence, by deducting the above said amount of Rs.1,00,000/-, the petitioner is directed to deposit the balance amount of Rs.2,65,000/- to the credit of the crime number. In view of the above said order, the time for execute the sureties is extended for further period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The other conditions in the said order remains unaltered. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands disposed of.
