This petition has been filed challenging the proceedings initiated under Section 107 of Cr.P.C.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioners are executed a bond before the first respondent. The period for the proceedings under Section 107 of Cr.P.C., is only for one year. Now, almost one and half years have been lapsed and hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.
