This Contempt petition has been filed on the ground that the direction issued by this Court to the respondent/contemnor has not been complied with.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader produced the proceedings of the Tahsildar, Devakottai, dated 24.09.2021, wherein, it is seen that the patta has been transferred in favour of the Housing Board. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that in view of this development, the petitioner can make online application seeking for patta and the same will be given in favour of the petitioner. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this petition stands disposed of.
