PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.1 of 2019 on the file of the respondent ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner is figuring as 3rd accused in Crime No.1 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 120(B), 406 and 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No.1 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.11832 of 2019 3.The learned counsel appearing for the intervenor and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is working as an employee and their function is to carry cash from the various banks and fill the ATMs. The allegation of the de-facto complaint is that the petitioner and others have siphoned of the bank cash and transmitted the same through Dubai via Hawala route. The total amount is Rs.87,00,000/-. The petitioner is said to have paid only a sum of Rs.9,00,000/- so far. The specific allegation of the de-facto complaint is that the petitioner herein is the kingpin. Since the allegations are serious in nature, I am of the view that custodial interrogation is warranted.
