JUDGMENT

When the matter was taken for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that he has no objection for the respondents 1 and 2 to withdraw the amount of Rs.5,30,652/-, except the disputed TDS amount to the tune of Rs.86,708/-.

2.The learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 has also fairly conceded to the same.

3.Recording the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
