This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the petition in M.C.No.6 of 2017 from the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Peraiyur to any other competent Court, Thiruchirappalli. 2.The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that trial has already been commenced.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this quash petition cannot be considered at this stage. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
