ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus to direct the second respondent to appoint the petitioner with a suitable post under compassionate ground on the basis of her educational qualification by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 04.03.2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.Prabhuramachandran, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner, dated 04.03.2015, is directed to be disposed of by the second respondent within a stipulated time.

4.In view of the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 04.03.2015 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
