ORDER

Mr.V.Muruganantham, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent Nos.3 to 5 and Mr.P.Gunasekaran, learned counsel takes notice for the sixth respondent.

2. The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondents to disburse the pension benefits due to the petitioner's earlier service as Higher Secondary School Teacher within a stipulated time.

3. It is stated by the learned counsel for the sixth respondent that the petitioner has not produced any document to support her contention or even to consider her representation.

4. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petitioner is directed to file all those necessary documents before the first respondent to decide the issue in question, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the first respondent shall consider the case of the petitioner based on her representation 28.05.2015 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
