ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking orders to quash the FIR in Crime No.125 of 2023 pending on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), appearing for the 1st respondent, submitted that a referred charge sheet (RCS) had been filed, and the case was closed as mistake of fact. The final report was accepted by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi, and the FIR was closed by the learned Magistrate on 24.06.2024.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
