ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners are facing charges under Sections 294(b) and 109 IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 in Crime No.906 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the earlier undertaking that was given by the co-accused, now has been followed and complied with and there is no violation. The statement of the learned counsel for the petitioners is placed on record. 3.Even though the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent would submit that the petitioners are having previous cases, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance, before the learned Judicial https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.14639 of 2022 Magistrate, Vadipatti, Madurai, on condition that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and insofar as the petitioners 1, 3 and 4 are concerned, they shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., until further orders and also considering the age of the 2nd petitioner, she shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 5.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
