ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 to refund the stamp duty and registration fee of Rs.73,700/- (Rupees Seventy Three Thousand and Seven Hundred Only) relating to the Application No. S01LANDVV202201288621484 and having Transaction No. REG202201287116605 within time frame fixed by this Court.

2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's claim and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There 2/4

shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
