Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to provide Education Loan to petitioner studying B.E (Civil Engineering) First year at Pandian Saraswathi Yadav Engineering College Madurai Sivagangai High way Arasanoor Thirumansolai Post, Sivagangai District- 630561 by considering petitioners representation dated 08.02.2016 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to provide Education Loan to the petitioner for pursuing B.E(Civil Engineering) by considering her representation dated 08.02.2016.

The learned Counsels appearing for the respondents were put on notice.

In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 08.02.2016, on merits and in accordance with law https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
