Prayer :- Criminal Original Petition is filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying this Hon'ble Court to call for records pursuant to the complaint in S.T.C.No.12 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, (FTC), Madurai, QUASH the same in so far as petitioner concern.

ORDER:- Criminal Original Petition is coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate, No.I, FTC at Magisterial Level, Madurai vide the Letter in D.No.493 of 2020 dated 03.08.2020 and none appeared of the both the counsels, this Court made the following order:

By order dated 20.09.2019, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the Calendar Case in S.T.C.No.12/2018, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.493/2020, dated 03.08.2020, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further three months time to comply with the order dated 20.09.2019, made in this Criminal Original Petition. 3.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
