Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S SUNDARAPANDIAN.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.9542 of 2023 on 05.06.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner met with an bike accident on 22.06.2023. Out of the accident, the petitioner admitted in hospital, where he came to know that right leg was fractured and become immobilised and was unable to comply the condition that was imposed by this Court. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is still in hospital.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as noted in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.9452 of 2023 on 05.06.2023, after he discharge from the hospital. Hence, this petition is ordered.
