This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1386 of 2024 dated 06.07.2024 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tenkasi. 2.The petitioner was enlarged on bail in Crl.M.P.No.1386 of 2024 dated 06.07.2024 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tenkasi, on certain 1/3

conditions, one of which is follows:

"9. (ii) the petitioner shall report and sign before the Respondent P.S daily once at 10.00 A.M for one month. "

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is aged about 75 years. Due to his illness, he could not able to comply with the above said condition. Hence, he prayed for modification of the aforesaid condition.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent. 5.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the aforesaid condition is modified to the effect that, " the petitioner shall report and sign before the Respondent P.S as and when required for interrogation ". Rest of the conditions shall remain the same.
