ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.It appears that the petitioner and the third respondent are brother in laws. The sister of the third respondent was married to the petitioner. Subsequently, the petitioner's wife passed away. Thereafter, there is dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there is money dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent. Since it is civil dispute between the close relatives, question of enquiry by the second respondent may not arise. 4.Since it is civil dispute between the parties, the respondent police has no role to play. There shall be a direction to the respondent police to advice the parties to approach the concerned civil Court through appropriate proceedings, and close the enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
