The petitioner has lodged a complaint and moved this application, seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint.
2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and submits that the complaint of this petitioner has been enquired in current paper enquiry in C.No.138/COP/Camp/PG-C/tin-C/25, C.No.62/DC East/Ptn/Tin-C/2025, C.No.156/AC CCB/Ptn/Tin-C/2025 and the same was forwarded to the Central Crime Branch. After the enquiry, they have found that the complaint is with regard to money dispute and therefore they have closed the complaint, by advising the parties to approach the appropriate civil Forum.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed, with a direction to the respondent police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
