ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court and the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram, Tirunelveli District vide the letter in D.No.323/2021, dated 19/02/2021 and none appearance of the both the counsels, this court made the following order:

This Court directed the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamuthiram, Tirunelveli District, to complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3519 of 2018 on 27.09.2019. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamuthiram, Tirunelveli District, has sought for further extension of time of two months.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamuthiram, Tirunelveli District, in the letter in D.No.323/2021 dated 19.02.2021 addressed to the Registry of this Court.

3.In the circumstances, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamuthiram, Tirunelveli District, is directed to dispose of C.C.No.421 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible.
