ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Sub Court, Sattur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.101 of 2024 within a time limit that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The respondent herein filed a suit in O.S.No.101 of 2024 before the learned Sub Judge, Sattur, against the respondents seeking declaration and permanent injunction.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.101 of 2024 within a reasonable time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that without going into the merits of the case, it would be suffice to issue a direction to the learned Sub Judge, Sattur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.101 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible.
