ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Judicial Magistrate Court, Aranthangi to furnish the certified copies of the Charge Sheet in respect of C.C.No. 134 of 2015. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed a copy application in C.A.No.341 of 2022 and the same was returned for the reason that she did not mention the rank of the petitioner. Since the petitioner wants to file a quash petition before this Court, she needs the certified copies of the charge sheet in C.C.No.134 of 2015, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Aranthangi. Hence this petition has been filed. 3.On a perusal of records, it is seen that since the copies under Section 207 Cr.P.C were not prepared, they are not able to furnish the certified copy and also returned the petitioner's copy application. 4.In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that the reasons stated seems to be reasonable. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh copy application with all particulars and rank of the accused persons. 2/4

Further, if the copies are prepared, the Judicial Magistrate Court, Aranthangi is directed to furnish the copies, if it is or otherwise in order. 5.With the above directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
