This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.368 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent police.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today,the learned Additional Public Prosecutor represented that the respondent police has conducted investigation and after investigation since no prima facie materials available as against petitioners 3 to 8 they have deleted their names in the charge sheet and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kulithalai as against the petitioners 1 and 2 and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and no materials available before this Court in respect of final report, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report as against the petitioners 1 and 2.
