pay the compensation of Rs.6,70,000/- as per the recommendation made by the State Human Rights Commission in S.H.R.C Nos.6185 of 2018 & 4403 of 2019 vide its order dated 04.06.2020 along with interest at 9% p.a from the date of death of petitioner's father namely N.A.Mottaiyandi i.e., on 24.10.2015 and cost of this petition, within the time limit to be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to send a representation to the respondent Board for getting appropriate remedy. Such representation shall be given on or before 30.04.2023. On receipt of the same, the respondent Board shall pass orders for paying compensation within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the representation by the petitioner. No costs.
