petitioner's property from the custody of the respondents 4 and 5 by considering his representation, dated 23.09.2021. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner himself has withdrawn the complaint, dated 23.09.2021. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
