This Civil Revision Petition is filed for early disposal of H.M.O.P.No.192 of 2021, pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Kovilpatti 1/4

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the marriage between the petitioner/husband and the respondent/wife was solemnized on 08.05.2017. Due to some misunderstanding, they have separated. The petitioner filed H.M.O.P.No.192 of 2021, for the relief of Restitution of Conjugal Rights, before the Sub Court, Kovilpatti. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the respondent/wife appeared through her counsel in the first date of hearing, no counter affidavit has been filed so far. Since the petitioner is working in Military, it is just and necessary to expedite the trial proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.192 of 2021. Hence, this petition. 3.Though notice was served on the respondent, there is no representation for the respondent either in person or through counsel. 4.This Court considered the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.

6.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner and also taking into consideration of the submission of the petitioner's counsel, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Kovilpatti to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.192 of 2021, within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
