This petition has been filed to quash the impugned order dated 28.02.2018 on the file of the respondent No.1. 2.The petitioner filed this petition to challenge the show cause notice issued against him under Section 107 of Cr.P.C. The said notice was issued in the month of February, 2018. The period for the proceedings under Section 107 of Cr.P.C. is only for one year. Now, almost 1-1/2 years have been lapsed and hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner become infructuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as 1/2
